Orders are based on weight and will be shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
​Delivery Time Estimates
Most of our items are handmade and require different care and packaging methods.

Delivery times vary, but we do our very best to ship you your order as quickly as possible. If we are aware of any potential delays with your specific order, we will reach out to you via the contact information you provide at checkout. If you require your order by a specific date inside the 5-7 days delivery time, please get in contact with us before you place your order so we can advise whether we can fulfil your order in an expedited time.
Missing in Transit
If your order has not reached you by the end of 10 working days (Monday-Friday) please get in touch with us via the contact us button.

We cannot be held accountable for any items not received, due to the customer providing an incorrect postal address or postcode at checkout. Items will only be posted out to the address provided at the time of ordering.
Returns
Should you not be wholly satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.​As a small business we take great pride in the products we make and inspect every item before they are packaged up and posted out. If there is any issue with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us where we will want to put it right. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of date of purchase purchase. Postage and Packaging for the returned items will be at the expense of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed. All products (excluding faulty items) must be unused and returned in the original condition and the packaging unopened and undamaged, photographic evidence may be requested. Please make contact with us within 14 days of purchase to arrange the return before posting any items back to us.​As you can appreciate Wax is a soft and fragile product, all our wax items are hand made with love care and attention. Occasionally some wax can become damaged in transit, we do our best to protect our items but a degree of flexibility and understanding is required. Due to it's nature, wax is perfectly imperfect and though we pride ourselves with our aesthetics and presentation some changes may happen through transit. Damage does not affect it's use and scent throw and minor breakages will not qualify for a refund. If you are truly unhappy with the condition of your products on arrival please do reach out to us where we will do our best to appease.​Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on sale items, custom or bespoke orders.​
